sweet chilli devilled eggs

Here is my twist on devilled eggs, and it's absolutely delicious!

Serves 2 | Gluten free, low carbohydrate/keto option
 

MAKE THIS RECIPE

▢ 6 hard boiled eggs, cooled and peeled

▢ 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

▢ 1 tablespoon butter, softened

▢ 1.5 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce (I used a keto one by Nothing Naughty)

▢ 1 teaspoon curry powder

▢ Good pinch of celtic salt

▢ Sliced spring onion for garnish

▢ 0.5 teaspoon paprika

  1. Slice hard boiled eggs in half, and place the yolks in a small bowl. Gently mash the yolks with a fork.

  2. Stir in mayonnaise, butter, sweet chilli sauce, curry powder and salt until well combined.

  3. Using a teaspoon, scoop the filling into the egg white halves. Placed sliced spring onion on top and sprinkle some paprika to garnish.

  4. Chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.

  5. Enjoy!
