STUDY WITH IIN.
become a certified integrative nutrition coach and do work you love, while changing lives
Working with families to educate and empower them to take control of their skin and gut health isn't just a job - it's a calling. I am deeply dedicated to my work because of the profound impact holistic health and nutrition has made to my family, and to many others I've worked with since.
Through my experience and independent self-led learning, I've been able to cultivate a unique and effective approach that is making a genuine difference and has led to powerful transformations - and it's something I felt needed to be shared with the world. Studying with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) helped empower me with what I needed to be able to start my own holistic wellness practice and here is what I love about the way my work is set up:
It's flexible - I set my own hours.
I'm available for my family.
It's incredibly fulfilling.
Helping other mums is a huge honour.
I earn an income from doing what I love.
It's varied - I coach, write, develop recipes and more.
My colleagues have fur.
I include and build on the skills I gained in previous jobs.
The commute is short.
I'll be real, it's not all sunshine and ponies because running your own business takes guts, commitment and time. It's not for everyone but if you want to explore being able to use your experiences, knowledge and care for others to help them reach their goals, studying with IIN to be a integrative nutrition and holistic health coach may be right for you too.
my time at iin
Doctors play a vital role but don't always have the time to help support us towards reaching our health goals. I knew I wanted to explore an alternative outside of steroid creams and bleach baths once I started to follow my own instincts to embark on a holistic approach. I saw first hand what an powerful difference gut healing, nutrition and lifestyle support can make and wanted to help others experience similar success. I have been asked many times about my study, so here it is.
I see my time with IIN as providing the foundation for the work I do now, and resonated deeply with their encouragement for us to pursue our own personal development, investigate our own healing journeys and to question everything. This was important to me as I didn't want to just blindly follow a strict curriculum that offered no room to move.
I love what I do and still get enthusiastic when talking about eczema and allergies to my clients! Not only do I pursue deeply fulfilling work that also allows me to contribute financially to my family, I do it in a way that works for me.
The IIN training program is a year-long course with a comprehensive curriculum that covers over 150 dietary theories, encouraging a holistic foundation, not just focusing on food but other elements that impact our sense of well-being and combines coaching techniques with practical business resources to help students set up and market their own clinics. It's a proven program with over 100,00 graduates and is 100% online, so you can study when it's convenient for you.
I easily managed the study with an active toddler and found it flexible, often listening to lectures in the car with my husband that led to some awesome discussions. There are no academic prerequisites outside of a high school qualification and intakes are approximately every two months.
The course is entirely online over 40 modules, with a few breaks throughout the year so students can catch up if needed. You can work at your own pace as long as you fulfil the graduation requirements. Many students work full-time, raise children or have other responsibilities. You'll also meet heaps of like-minded people. I am still in touch with many of my classmates.
There is a cost to enrol because like any tuition, this is an investment into a future career and there is a lot of value and resources provided. You can pay in full, or with payment plans.
As an Ambassador, I can offer you the chance to save up to $2,000 off the tuition ($2,000 if you pay in full, or $1,000 on a payment plan). Just let IIN know that I referred you when you enrol.
I did a lot of research before deciding if IIN was right for me and encourage you to do the same so if you have any questions, feel free to send me an email. If you do decide to enrol, firstly I'm so excited for you and can't wait to see what you bring to the world around you. As a graduate of IIN, I do receive a commission for each person I refer to the program.
I genuinely believe in the value of this program. All thoughts, perspectives, and feelings above are my own.
